You know when you tell yourself “I’m just going to rest my eyes for a minute and then I’m going to do X?” Well, X, is usually go to the gym for me. I was honestly just planning on taking a quick 30 minute nap and then head out for a run, but I ended up sleeping for almost an hour and waking up in a panic unsure of whether it was night or day.
The gym is now closed and I’m developing a faint tickle in the back of my throat which should be in full-swing by the time the weekend hits. I’m doing it to myself with my steady diet of late nights and boozy makeouts but I don’t really need this right now.
Tonight I am going to get more than 4 hours of sleep. That is a promise.
