Books vs. Magazines

Lately, the books have been winning and I have a huge stack of purchased/subscribed magazines waiting for me. I blame it on the slew of ridiculously good books that have come out recently. I just finished reading Rob Walker’s Buying In – it was pretty good, I just wish it were a bit more in-depth; It read more like an extension of his [New York Times] column than as a standalone piece. Overall, it’s a good addition to anyone that’s interested in consumer marketing as well as brand loyalty’s book shelf
