The Husband Game

“There’s your husband, you like him because” is the all too familiar refrain as of late. The main goal of the game is to single out the ugliest/most awkward guy and assign him husband status, for a valid reason, before anyone else does. It helps pass the time when you’re bored/drunk because you’re always looking to one-up the last person.

Best burn wins.

My winning lines:

“There’s your husband (pointing at the UPS guy). You like him because of his tight brown pants, and the furry hat which makes him better at going down on the ladies…”

*this is funny because The Archaeologist is convinced that his perv-stache makes him better at going down on women (which is categorically false)

“There’s your husband (pointing to the man on the bridge with Oakley Twenty’s on his head). You like him because you can see yourself in his glasses when you guys do it”

She was so flustered about this one that she actually tripped over a box of snowboard boots

  1. hahahaha! excellent game- just needs a catchy title then some tv producer will steal it and pass it on to the world through a sitcom.

  4. Oooh, I gotta try that game. Usually it’s just pointing to some guy with something “off” about him and saying “There goes your man.” What fun! Gotta keep the creativity sharp.
